• Any upcoming launches, events or business updates we should know about

PLEASE NOTE:

This package includes up to 4 standard email marketing campaigns per month. Additional campaigns can be quoted separately.

Complex email automations and sequences, such as welcome flows, abandoned basket emails, post-purchase sequences and multi-email customer journeys, are not included and can be quoted separately.

Mailchimp subscription fees and any other third-party platform costs are not included in the monthly management fee and remain the responsibility of the client.

Photography, videography, substantial GIF or video creation, landing page design and paid advertising are not included unless agreed separately.

Email campaigns will be planned in advance, so information about promotions, launches, products and important dates must be supplied within the agreed timeframe.

The client is responsible for ensuring that their mailing list has been collected and is used in accordance with applicable data protection and marketing laws.

While campaigns will be designed and optimised to support your marketing goals, specific sales, revenue, open rates, click rates or other results cannot be guaranteed.

Additional content or services can be quoted separately.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:

Due to the ongoing and custom nature of this service, cancellations are not accepted once work for the relevant monthly period has started.

Once content planning, copywriting, design or campaign setup has started, refunds will not be provided for work already completed or time spent on your account.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
