PLEASE NOTE:

Additional posts, substantial video editing, photography, videography, paid advertising, influencer management and community management, including responding to comments and direct messages, are not included unless agreed separately.

Reels and video editing can be quoted separately. Where client-supplied footage is required, this must be provided in suitable quality.

Content will be planned in advance, so information about promotions, launches and important dates must be supplied within the agreed timeframe.

Additional content or services can be quoted separately.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:

Due to the custom nature of our work, cancellations are not accepted once your order has been placed and work has started.

Once content planning, design work or account management has started, refunds will not be provided for work already completed or time spent on your account.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
