All package prices are per four-week cycle.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Your business name and contact details
• Logo and existing brand guidelines, if applicable
• Information about your products or services
• Current offers, promotions and important dates
• Images and video footage you'd like us to use
• Access to the relevant social media accounts for scheduling
• Any upcoming launches, events or business updates
• Feedback and approval within agreed timeframes

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Each package includes the stated number of posts over a four-week period.
• Straightforward Reels and basic editing are included where suitable. Complex video editing and substantial additional Reels are quoted separately.
• Photography, videography, paid advertising, influencer management and community management, including responding to comments and direct messages, are not included unless agreed separately.
• Two rounds of revisions are included per four-week content batch. Additional revisions or substantial redesigns may incur extra charges, agreed in advance.
• Detailed monthly performance and strategy PDF reports are available separately.
• Client information, promotional details and approvals must be supplied within agreed timeframes.
• Additional content or services can be quoted separately.

PAYMENTS & RENEWALS:

Packages are priced per four-week cycle, with payment required before the service period begins.

Each website purchase covers one four-week service period. Ongoing arrangements and future payments will be confirmed separately. Purchasing a package does not automatically establish recurring payments unless expressly agreed.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:

Where an ongoing service arrangement has been agreed, it may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice, unless a different minimum term has been agreed.

Services and applicable fees continue during the notice period, with fees apportioned where required under our Terms & Conditions.

If there is a problem with the services supplied, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve it appropriately.
